When you use Liberal Arts Faculty Jobs we collect:

• Account information — name, email address, and institution name provided at registration.
• Listing content — job descriptions, application URLs, and institution details you submit.
• Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data — pages visited and search queries, collected via server logs.

• To create and manage your employer account
• To publish and display your job listings
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (listing confirmation, expiration notices)
• To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Data is stored in the US.
• Law enforcement — when required by applicable law or court order.

Content you submit in job listings (institution name, job title, description, application contact) is publicly visible to all visitors of the Service for the duration of your listing. After expiration, listings are removed from public view but may be retained internally for record-keeping.

We use cookies strictly for session authentication (via Supabase Auth). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
